The fastest way to reach us is email. Write to hello@casita.app and a real person will get back to you, usually within one business day.

You can report any listing or message and block any user directly inside the app, from the menu on a listing or a conversation. We review every report and act on violations, typically within 24 hours. If something is urgent or unsafe, email us and put REPORT in the subject line.

If you are an owner and your listing has not gone live yet, it is usually waiting on verification. Make sure you have completed identity verification in the Account tab. If you are stuck, email us with the name on your account and we will look into it.

You can delete your account and data anytime from the Account tab in the app. Prefer we do it for you? Email hello@casita.app.

Casita connects verified owners and renters. We are not the landlord or the agent, and we are not a party to any rental. Never wire money to anyone you have not met, and keep your conversations and payments to channels you trust.
